Taylor Williams has had a passion for health and fitness her entire life. In 2011, she created her own platform as a USA National Miss Maryland 2018 and Miss Chesapeake Bay 2019 pageant titleholder called “Living a Healthy and Active Lifestyle,” to promote the importance of healthy living among families, especially the youth. Through her advocacy, she hopes to help combat the childhood obesity epidemic and is currently publishing two children’s books to further promote its importance. Taylor was an accomplished NCAA sprinter at Division I George Mason University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Dance Appreciation. In December of 2020, she earned her master’s degree in Special Education with a certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, while serving as a behavior technician. She will soon be certified as a NASM-GFI, AFAA, and hopes to become a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
