Lauren Kline is a licensed and board-certified behavior analyst with a passion for using the science of behavior to help people change their health habits. She has experience with neurodiverse populations and busy executives to work on skill acquisitions and behavior changes both in person and remotely. Lauren enjoys bringing the science of behavior to new applications and expanding efforts in equity, diversity, and inclusion. She believes that consistent healthy habits are the foundation for anyone looking to thrive, from competitive athletes to weekend warriors to busy professionals trying to get it all done and feel good. Lauren holds a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University and is a certified nutritionist from Precision Nutrition. She attended Santa Clara University for her undergraduate degree where she played for the Division I women’s soccer program. You can find her playing with her family, lifting all the weights, reading popular fiction and journal manuscripts, eating new foods, and enjoying the great outdoors in Phoenix.
